Dorothy Cagle Barnes's Obituary
Dorothy Cagle Barnes passed away Sunday, March 29th at the age of 91. She was born in Huntsville where she lived her whole life.
Survivors include her son, Carl (Helen) Barnes; daughter, Linda (Doug) Langston; two granddaughters, Lisa (Neil) Andrew and Jennifer Ray (Brandon Dick); two great-grandchildren, Bailey and Aiden Andrew; brother, Howard (Peggy) Cagle; sister, Bertha (Vernie) Craig; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Saturday from 12:00 - 2:00 p.m. at Berryhill Funeral Home. Graveside service will follow at 2:30 p.m. at Maple Hill Cemetery with Reverend Christy Noren-Hentz and Layman Claude Turner officiating.
Special appreciation and thanks to the nurses and staff of Whitesburg Gardens for taking care of our mother with comfort and dignity. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to: New Horizons Methodist Church; 2007 Meridian Street; Huntsville, AL 35801. The family requests no food deliveries to their home.
