Charles Richard Winter, Sr., 67, of Scottsboro passed away Sunday, April 12, 2020.

He is survived by one son Charles Richard Winter, Jr.; daughter Angela Thompson; two sisters Renee Thomas and Tammy McPeters; brother Steve Winter; grandson Jeremy Thompson; two granddaughter Haleigh Winter and Olivia Winter.

He was a native of Florida and a resident of Jackson County for over 5 years.

There are no services planned at this time.  Berryhill Funeral Home assisted the family.
