Alan Jeffrey Hucks, 62, of Gurley, Alabama, passed away on Saturday, December 13, 2025.

Mr. Hucks is survived by his wife, Debbie Hucks; mother, Ina Hucks; brother, Mike Hucks (Kim); step-daughter, Kristy Fischer; grandchildren, Taylor Thompson, Tyler Thompson, and Shawn Fischer; 2 great-grandchildren, nieces, Elizabeth Brown (Jeremy) and Kristen McBride (Dakota); and a host of great nephews.

He is preceded by his father, Jack Hucks.

Alan was known as a simple man.  He enjoyed camping and was one of the biggest Alabama Football fans around.  He will be dearly missed.

Family will be receiving friends at Berryhill Funeral Home on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, from 1:00 to 3:00 pm.
