Ann C. Gillam, 81, of
Huntsville died Tuesday,
June 11, 2013 at Huntsville
Hospital. Mrs. Gillam was
a devoted wife, mother and
friend. She was a charter
member of Valley United
Methodist Church and was
an avid animal lover. She
has resided in Huntsville
since 1963. She was a native
of Alcoa, Tennessee where
she was a graduate of Alcoa
High School. She attended
Carson Newman College.
She had previously worked
for Capitol Airlines where
she met her husband Jack,
whom she danced with for
the rest of her life. She is
preceded in death by her
parents, Fred and Nora Lee
Clifton, and a sister, Sue
Price. She is survived by
son, Dan E. Gillam and wife,
Debra; daughter Teri Gillam
Williams and husband, Ken.
Grandchildren Daniel, Leesa
and Jayme; and a brother,
Sam Clifton and wife, Jean.
Visitation will be Monday
from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
at Valley United Methodist
Church followed by a 12:00
p.m. memorial service with
Reverend Tim Tatum and
Reverend Stephen Hampton
officiating. Donations may
be made to Valley United
Methodist Church or
Friends of Rescue (FOR).
Berryhill Funeral Home is
