Avery Allen Reed, 30, of Huntsville, Alabama, passed away on Tuesday, January 6, 2026.

Avery is survived by his father, Scott Reed; mother, Diane Reed; and siblings: Leah Reed, Luke Reed, and Jonathan Reed.

He was a dreamer at heart, guided by his own sense of possibility and purpose. Kind in ways that often showed quietly, he cared deeply, even when he didn't always know how to show it. He lived by his own rules—strong-willed, independent, and rarely swayed by the opinions of others. That stubbornness was part of his fire, the same fire that fueled his dreams and made him unforgettable. He was imperfect, real, and deeply human, and his presence left a mark that will never fade. "Rest in peace" doesn't feel like enough. God has freed him from all pain, though that pain now lives with those who loved him most. As our family learns how to carry this loss, we ask that he be remembered at his very best. Let his life remind us how fragile and brief this world truly is. Do not assume there will be a tomorrow—live fully and rightly today. Say the apologies that matter. Say "I love you" without hesitation. Be loyal, be kind, and never surrender yourself to a world that rarely gives back what it takes. Even in this loss, we thank God for the blessing of knowing Avery and loving him as deeply as we did.
