Billy Gene Pike of Fayetteville, TN, made his triumphant entry into eternity on the evening of March 4th, 2025, at the age of 73. He was the youngest of seven, and he knew hard work from a young age.  Working hard didn't scare him, nor did he shy away from it.  Instead, he faced obstacles with joy and used them to set himself apart.  He built the home where his family was raised and the door was always open.  Billy loved Jesus and that was evident through the way he cared for his family and friends and faithfully served his church. He always showed up for his commitments and he was always early. He loved to sing and he didn't shy away from leading others in worshipping the Lord.  Billy was a man of honor and a man of his word. He was a trusted husband, father, brother, and friend. While his absence on this earth feels enormous, we know that he has joined the Great Cloud of Witnesses and is rooting for us to finish well.

Billy is survived by his wife, Suzette Pike, daughters, Natasha Morris and Stephanie Gannar, son-in-law, Chris Gannar, grandchildren, Wesley Copeland Jr. and Nikki McKelvey, great-grandchild, Nova Malone, sisters, Margaret Allen and Lois Gold, and loyal dog, Glacier

"I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Finally, there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give me on that day, and not to me only but also to all who have loved his appearing." 2 Timothy 4:7-8

A memorial service will be held at Park City Baptist Church in Fayetteville, TN on Sunday, March 9th, at 2:00 PM.
