Blakley Alexandria Fairburn, 7 months, of Madison passed away Friday, August 30, 2013 at her residence. She is survived by her parents, Justin Fairburn and Desiree Childers, sister , Mairee Fairburn, brother Kaleb Childers, grandmother Opal Teschky (Mike), grandfathers Mark Fairburn and Jack Childers, grandmother Jackie Childers, great grandmother Catherine Teschky and great grandfather Kenneth Teschky, aunt and uncle, Dean and Korry. Visitation will be Friday, September 6, 2013 from noon until 2:00pm at Berryhill Funeral Home. Funeral service will be 2:00pm at Berryhill Funeral Home with Pastor Martin Maddox officiating. Burial will follow at Hampton Cove Cemetery.
