Brandey Kay Holladay, 52, of Laceys Springs passed away on Saturday, September 26, 2026.

Brandey was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, and later moved to Huntsville, Alabama, where she graduated from Grissom High School. Family was her greatest joy. She loved coordinating holiday dinners, bringing everyone together around the table, and making memories with the people she loved most. Endlessly generous, Brandey was always the first to offer help, whether it was a listening ear, a helping hand, or whatever someone needed, often before they had to ask. Whether she was spending time with her kids, relaxing at the beach, or exploring the magic of Disney, she was happiest when she was surrounded by family and friends.

She is survived by her husband of 28 years, Tim Holladay; her children Jacob Harvey (Sarah) and Bristol; her grandchildren Laynee, Talon, and Maverick; her sibling Bridget Tinsley (Tim); her mother, Sharon Drachlis and husband, David; her father Terry Harvey and wife, Libby, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her sister, Britianny Hicks.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1, 2026 from 12:00 – 2:00pm with a memorial service immediately following at 2:00pm. Services will be held at Shiloh Baptist Church, 3941 Highway 36 East, Somerville, AL 35670. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Clearview Cancer Institute via the Russel Hill Cancer Foundation ( www.russelhill.org ).
