Carol Joan Dinkel, 88, of Huntsville, Alabama, passed away on Tuesday, April 21, 2026.

Carol is survived by her daughter, Marsha Jones; grandchildren, Jeremy Jones, Matthew Jones (Mariah), Bryan Ochoa (Jenny), Daniel Williams (Andrea), Alex Dinkel, Curtis Dinkel, and Katelyn Dinkel; great-grandchildren, Destiny Self, Lawson Williams, Nate Williams, Kyler Ochoa, Callan Jones, Georgia Dinkel, Ellery Dinkel; brother, Kenny Vogts;nson-in-law, Pedro Ochoa; daughter-in-law, Sharon Dinkel, and a host of nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Dinkel is preceded by her husband, John Dinkel; parents, Carol and Martha Vogts; daughter, Debra Ochoa; son, Rodney Dinkel; grandson, Benjamin Ochoa; and brothers, Don Vogts, Curtis Vogts, and Keith Vogts.

Visitation will be held on Friday, April 24, 2026, at Berryhill Funeral Home from 12:00 to 2:00 pm.  The funeral service will follow in the chapel at 2:00 pm.  A graveside service will not be held following the service.
