Carolyn L. Albiez, 84, of Schaumburg/Hoffman Estates, IL and more recently of Harvest, AL, passed away peacefully on October 21, 2026 at Valley View Heath and Rehabilitation.  She was born on December 15, 1941 in Chicago, IL.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and her beloved husband, Bruno Albiez. Mr. Albiez passed away in 2020.

She is survived by her brothers, Richard and Michael Wisniewski; her children, Mark Wolfran and Steven Wolfram (Donna); stepdaughters, Deb Hoffman (Don) and Jean Skoien; stepson Arthur Albiez (Michele); and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be scheduled at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the GI Research Foundation.
