Carolyn Marie Cooper, 85, of Huntsville, AL, moved to her eternal home on Tuesday, August 11, 2026. She passed from this life peacefully and surrounded by family and friends.

She leaves behind four children: Jimmy (Demetra) Cooper, Debbie Davis, Ronnie (Wanda) Cooper, and Donnie (Donna) Cooper; twelve grandchildren, a host of great-grandchildren, and her sister, Helen Nelson.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, James "Jim" Cooper; her parents, Clarence and Lois Burke, and siblings: Francis Bryant, Howard Burke, Elease Burke, and Joyce Burke, and son-in-law, Connie Davis.

Carol (Carol) received salvation in 1974 and has been a true servant of God ever since. She kept a strong desire to "honor God" in her heart. Her family finds great comfort in knowing she has been reunited with the love of her life at their permanent Heavenly home.

Visitation will be Saturday, August 15th from 4:00 - 8:00 PM at Berryhill Funeral Home. Funeral service will be Sunday, August 16th at 2:00 PM at Huntsville Holiness Church, 4125 High Mountain Rd. NE. Mrs Cooper will lie in state two hours prior to the service. Burial will be at Green Valley  Cemetery.
