Carolyn "Shorty" Moore, 78, of New Hope, passed away Thursday.

Mrs. Moore is survived by her husband of 35 years, William Moore, Jr.; daughter, Genice Anderton (Jonathan); two grandchildren, Cloressa Barney (Trey) and Melry Sledge (Tyler); and six great-grandchildren: Bristol, Camille, Briyer, Kenzleigh, Braxton and Isaac.

Visitation will be Monday, December 29th from 9:30 - 11:00 AM at Berryhill Funeral Home, followed by service at 11:00 with Rev. Lynn Simmons officiating.  Burial will be in Hampton Cove Cemetery.
