Carolyn Ann Campbell, 83, of Madison, passed away February 26, 2026.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Naomi Terrell; husband, Wayne Campbell; sisters: Virginia Dunn (Loni) , Ruby Hastings, and Nancy League (Bud) ; brothers: JW (Terrell (Wilma) and Charles Terrell (Jean) ;and daughter, Debbie "Leigh" Campbell.

Carolyn is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth "Liz" Ann Campbell Hawk (Charles); and son, Jimmy Wayne Campbell (Christina).  She also leaves two grandchildren, Sarah Ann Hawk Lash (Andy) and Melissa June Ann Hawk Killen (Johnathon Killen); three great-grandchildren: Austin Lash, Peyton Lash, Charlie Killen; and two brothers-in-law: Mike Campbell (Marie) and Glenn Campbell (Kay).

She was a member of Mayfair Church of Christ. Carolyn was a Christian and a loving mother, loved by all.

Visitation will be Monday, March 2nd from 12:00 - 2:00 PM at Berryhill Funeral Home.  Chapel service will be at 2:00 with Jason Bybee and Keith Hodges officiating and followed by burial in Huntsville Memory Gardens.

Pallbearers will be Charles Terrell, Charlie Terrell, Eric Terrell, Elliott Terrell, Chris Terrell and Johnny Terrell.
