Charles Leon Stewart, 80, of Meridianville, passed away on December 12, 2025.

He is survived by his daughter, Shelia Stewart Cross (Donald); sons, Scotty Stewart (Cyndi) and Anthony Stewart; grandchildren: Ashley Wilbanks, Kayla Maynard, Domonique Cross, Clint Maynard and Destiny Cross; six great-grandchildren; five siblings: Clyde Stewart, Jr., Odell Stewart, Linda Goff, Ginger Stedham and Viola Southard and special friend, Cynthia Payne.

Mr. Stewart was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Ann Stewart; daughter, Kathy Annette Maynard; and siblings: Buddy Stewart, Robert Stewart, Dennis Stewart, Betty Kat Pritchett, Evelyn McClure, Jean Stewart, and Amy Clemons.

What a wonderful day it will be when the resurrection starts.  All who have lost loved ones long to see them again and that is how Jehovah God feels as well.

Visitation will be on Monday, December 15th, from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at Berryhill Funeral Home.
