Charlotte (Cherie) Louise Currier Phillips of Huntsville AL passed November 10, 2022 at the age of 72.
Born in Santa Monica, CA May 02,1950 to Mary and Raymond Currier.
Preceded in death by her mother Mary Houtrow Lucas, father Raymond (Bud) Currier and step mother Glee Ann Currier.
Survived by her husband of 28 years Charles Tom Phillips of Huntsville AL, Children: Tammie Stroud (Rob), John White Jr., Steven White (Gina), Michael White (Michelle), Brent Phillips (Cami), Tracy Phillips (Vince), Heather Phillips (Max) and Daryl McClure. Grandchildren: Chris Schrimsher (Jenna), David Schrimsher, Meghan Blakely (Derrick), Lauren White, Angelia Richards, Kyle Stroud (Erin) Kayla Flores (Jesus), Samantha Phillips, Carol Phillips, Hunter Phillips, Anna Williams (Nicholas), Shea` McClure, Jayln McClure. Great Grandchildren: Natalie Schrimsher, Tiffany Schrimsher, Brittany Schrimsher, Giovanni Schrimsher, Makenzie Schrimsher, Erza Eberly, Gracelin Stroud, Maci Wells, Broxton Flores, Iris Linares, Ariel, Blake, Carson, Conner and Jocie.
Siblings, Doug Currier (Carmen) from AZ, Raymond Currier (Rosa) from Las Vegas, NV, Debbie Schillin (Gordon) from Henderson, NV and John Currier (Sue) from Peterborough, England.
Nephews David Thompson, Dan Thompson (Helen), Elizabeth Currier and Natalia Currier.
Cherie has lived from the west coast to the east coast. She started her career at Columbia Records in Pittman, NJ where she met her best friend Darlene Loper. Her first and very best friend was her sister Debbie who she kept a close relationship with until her passing. She worked in various Industries in LA as well as Huntsville, AL. She ended her career in the Healthcare industry before marrying her husband Tom in Nov 1994. Afterwards, she volunteered for a few years at Whitesburg Baptist Church every Wednesday pulling, copying and organizing sheet music for every member of the orchestra for every instrument for every piece of music played during Sunday morning service. Together she and Tom watched their family grow exponentially over the next 28 years to include 7 children, 13 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
