Christy Garner Wampler, age 54, died in her home in Huntsville, AL on January 11, 2024.

She was a 1987 graduate of Madison County High School. After high school, she pursued a career at the Municipal Court as a clerk until she retired as a court clerk supervisor in 2019. At age 21, she married Mark Edward Wampler of Huntsville, AL.

Christy Garner Wampler was an avid Auburn tigers fan and enjoyed traveling. She was loved by many and will be greatly missed.

She is survived by her husband, Mark Wampler; daughter, Jordan (Maryah) Wampler; two siblings, Billy Ray (Mercy) Garner and Phyllis Garner Brown; three grandchildren, Layla, Addisyn, and Lydia; along with several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.

The family will be receiving friends Sunday, January 21st from 3:00 - 3:30 PM at Berryhill Funeral Home, followed by memorial service at 3:30.l Brad Sharp will be officiating.
