Coy Jackson Jr., 94, of Huntsville, AL, died of natural causes on November 28, 2025 in a family home.  He was born in Hancock County, Kentucky to the late Coy and Addie Fitzgerald Jackson.  Coy was a member of Church on the Hill, formerly  known as University Baptist Church.  He served in the United States Air Force for 3 years and 10 months as a staff sergeant.  Then continued on to serve the government as an engineer until retirement. He enjoyed golfing, hunting on Hale Mountain, and spending time with his friends and family.

Beloved father and grandfather is preceded in death by his wife, Florence; grandson, Jonathan; and a great-grandson, Aaron.  He is survived by three children, Mark W. Jackson(Cheri), Susan M. Thoms (Donald), Matthew L. Jackson; 5 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; along with man nieces and nephews.

Visitations will be Thursday December 4, 2025  from 10 am until 11 am at Berryhill Funeral Home. A chapel service will follow at 11:00 am.  Burial will be at Huntsville Memory Gardens.  Berryhill Funeral Home is assisting the family.
