David Lee Justice, Jr., age 55, passed away on May 19, 2025, in Athens, Alabama. Born on September 13, 1969, in Shelbyville, Indiana, David lived a life defined by honesty and strength.

He was known for his straightforward nature - an "it is what it is" kind of man who spoke the truth plainly and without pretense. Beneath his candid demeanor was a generous heart and deep care for those closest to him.

David shared his life with his devoted wife, Tabitha Justice. He was the beloved son of Kathy Justice and David Justice, Sr.; a brother to Jealeen Storck; and the cherished grandson of Rachel Justice. He also held meaningful bonds with his in-laws, Tommy and Beverly Reid.

David's pride and joy were his children: Erica Justice; Michael Justice and his wife, Jessica; Glenn Justice and his wife, Emma; Georgia Justice; Jackie Landers; John Landers; Dara Justice; and Gabriel Justice. As well as his grandchildren, Lillian Boles, Emery Justice, and Easton Justice. Each of them carries forward a part of his legacy, his honesty, resilience, and enduring love.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
