David James
Muhleback-Ault
February 12, 1950 – October 3, 2025
David James Muhleback-Ault, 75, of Harvest, went home to be with the Lord on October 3, 2025 at his home surrounded by his family, after a two year battle with bladder cancer. He was born on February 12, 1950 in Spokane, Washington to Charles Muhleback and Doris Ault.
He was raised in a military family and lived many places. He was a 1973 graduate of Mississippi State University with a degree in Engineering.
David married Lynnette Haley on October 5, 2002 in Fort Walton Beach, Florida.
David worked at Leidos as a Reliability Engineer until his passing. He was a member, deacon, and played euphonium in the orchestra at First Baptist , Madison, Alabama. He was a former member of the Madison Community Band. David was a beloved Pap-pa to his three granddaughters and two grandsons.
He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Muhleback, and mother, Doris Ault (step-father, William Ault).
He is survived by his wife, Lynnette; children: Dave (Jenny), Jeremy (Shayne) and Lauren (Todd); grandchildren: Lorelei, Annabella (aka Bella), Elliott, Harlan, and Eli; brothers, Jeff and John Ault, as well as his mother-in-law, sisters-in-law, many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncle, and cousins.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
