Demy Da-aton Robley passed away in Huntsville, Alabama on November 23, 2025, at the age of 86. Demy was born in Manilla, Philippines, on December 21, 1938. She was loved by family and friends.
A devout Catholic, Demy attended the papal coronations of Pope John Paul I and Pope John Paul II. Demy was a proud military spouse and enjoyed living and traveling all over the world, including Okinawa, Italy, Germany, and South Korea where she made many lifelong friends. She loved to travel and included Alaska, Hawaii, Europe, and Asia as some of her favorite places to visit. She was a member of Huntsville's International Women's Club and maintained relationships with friends from the Redstone Arsenal Chapel via their No Host Luncheon.
Demy is survived by Rob, her husband of over 50 years, daughter Robyn, son Ryan (Melissa), grandchildren (Lily Kate and Liam), sisters Delia, Dolor (Stan), Digna (Bruce) and multiple nieces and nephews. She was proceeded in death by her parents, Leonarda and Marcos, and her sister, Diana.
A memorial service will be held in Demy's honor at St. Joseph Catholic Church (2300 Beasley Avenue NW, Huntsville, AL) on Tuesday, December 16, 2025. Visitation will be from 1:00 PM – 1:30 PM, followed by mass at 1:30 PM.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Holy Family School Foundation.
