After a distinguished 43-year career as an Internal Medicine Physician in Huntsville, Dr Rao retired early this year. He touched countless lives with healing, kindness, and dedication.

Dr Rao is survived by Radhika, his wife of 58 years, son Gautam (Samatha), daughter Smitha (Tarek) , and his grandchildren Nithya, Shaun, Pavan and Maya, his sister Manikyam and many nieces, nephews.

Please join us we celebrate a remarkable journey. The service will take place Saturday, August 15th from 9 - 11 AM at Berryhill Funeral Home, 2305 Memorial Parkway NW, Huntsville, AL 35810. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to any charity of your choice in memory of Dr. Rao.
