beloved Eliyjsha Richardson, who left us far too soon but left behind a legacy of love,
laughter, and light that will never fade.
Eliyjsha was more than a friend, he was a true brother in every sense of the word. To
his family, he was a devoted son, a dependable sibling, and a constant source of pride
and unwavering support. To his friends, he was a protector, a loyal friend, and the heart
of every moment he shared with them.
Eliyjsha had a rare ability to light up any room he entered, his infectious smile and warm
heart touching all who had the privilege of knowing him. Whether it was through his
words of encouragement, his ability to make everyone laugh, or simply his presence, he
reminded us of the beauty in connection and kindness.
A man of boundless energy, passion, and resilience, Eliyjsha approached life with an
open heart and an unstoppable drive. His dedication to his loved ones, his dreams, and
his community will be remembered and celebrated for years to come.
Though his time with us was cut short, the impact Eliyjsha made in our lives is
immeasurable. He leaves behind a legacy of love, strength, and unity.

Eliyjsha James Darryl Richardson
was a dedicated and hardworking individual whose
commitment to professional growth and education was evident in his accomplishments.
Over the course of his career, he earned several key certifications, academic
achievements, and recognitions that highlighted his expertise, ambition, and strong
work ethic.
In his military career, Eliyjsha was honored with the title of
Senior Airman on March 11, 2020, marking a significant milestone in his service. His dedication and exceptional
performance were further acknowledged when he was named
Outstanding Airman on September 18, 2020, a recognition of his hard work and exemplary service.
From October 2022 to October 2023, Eliyjsha earned his ACI Level I Certification, a
testament to his commitment to quality and professional development. His expertise in
the field was further demonstrated by his Nuclear Gauge Certification, which he obtained in October 2022, reflecting his technical proficiency in an advanced industry standard.
Eliyjsha was also deeply committed to furthering his education. He pursued a
BAS inTechnical Management, concentrating in Project Management at American Military University from August 2020 to 2023, where he honed his skills in leadership,strategic planning, and project execution. Building on this, he continued his studies with a focus on
Project Management through a Technical Management concentration at the same university, further solidifying his expertise in managing complex projects.These achievements, combined with his passion for learning and growth, reflect
Eliyjsha's drive to make a meaningful impact in his field and leave a lasting legacy in his
professional and military communities.
