Elizabeth Allison, of Huntsville, AL was called Home at the age of 82 on October 3, 2023. She is now peaceful and free from pain in the sweet presence of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and reunited with her husband, Tom, who preceded her to Heaven in February of 2023.

Elizabeth was an LPN in her younger days, then a social worker for the elderly and an administrator of Assisted Living at Wyndam Park in her later career. She loved caring for people, and she genuinely loved the people she cared for – She was a passionate advocate for those in her care.

Beth (as she liked to be called) enjoyed many years of adventure with her husband, Tom, of 62 years.Together they hiked mountain trails, took road trips on their Goldwing bike with friends in the Christian Motorcycle Association, cruised through Cades Cove in the Smoky Mountains and journeyed to Alaska.

Elizabeth loved her family with her whole heart. She was a good mother and grandmother. She deeply loved her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her eyes instantly lit-up and her whole face smiled at just the sight of them. Elizabeth also had a special love for dogs. A happy canine could always be found by her side and her fur-babies lived a life of puppy-luxury.

Elizabeth leaves behind son, Tommy (Beth) Allison of Hazel Green, AL; daughter, Marsha (Robert) Christian of Madison, AL; 8 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. She will be greatly missed.

A Receiving of Friends will be held on Sunday, October 15th, from 1:00-2:00pm at Berryhill Funeral Home. A memorial service will follow at 2:00pm.
