Harold Clifford “Cliff” Stocking, 89 was born the eldest of four children in Santa Cruz, CA on August 23,1937, and passed away on October 1, 2026 after a brief illness.

Cliff lived a life of servitude first in the army working in the military hospital, and as a missionary to Kenya, Zimbabwe, Venezuela and Jamaica. He spent most of his career as a teacher of math to all ages, especially to those whose primary language was not English. Cliff enjoyed working in his garden and spending time with his wife of twenty- five years Rebecca. Cliff will be remembered with love by his family and friends.

Harold Clifford Stocking was preceded in death by his parents, Harold Homer Stocking and Elda Marie Stocking. Cliff is survived by his wife, Rebecca Oxford, brothers Elwin(Lois) Stocking, John Stocking, by his sister El’Marie Long, his children Eva Faust(William) and Alan Stocking (Tricia). He will be remembered by his grandchildren, Aaron Faust, Matthew Faust, Joshua Stocking and Zachary Stocking, and by numerous nieces and nephews across the world.

Family and friends are invited to gather in his honor at 3pm at Berryhill Funeral Home on Friday, October 9th. A memorial service will immediately follow at 4pm.
