James Phillip Crabb, 81, passed away on September 23, 2025. Phil was a man that loved his family with all of his heart and delighted his friends with his quick wit. He was a loving husband to his wife, Sandra, and a proud father to his sons, Jim and Steve.

He is survived by his wife, Sandra, his sons, Jim (Amy) and Steve (Meredith), 6 grandchildren (Ashlyn, Courtney, Garret, Maggie, Will, and Harper) and 6 beautiful great-grandchildren (Eli, Grayson, Millie, Ruby, Olivia, and Scottie). Phil was originally born in Lawrenceburg, TN in 1944. He grew up in Sheffield, AL but made Huntsville his home for the last 48 years as a God loving Christian. He worked for 10 years at General Electric and was a manager at Daimler-Chrysler until retirement in 1997. Phil loved fishing, woodworking, and spending time with his grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, September 25th, beginning at 2:00 PM at Huntsville Memory Gardens.
