Jeana Dale Roberson, August 19, 1977 - October 12, 2026, on, passed away on October 12, 2026, at the age of 49, Jeana Dale Roberson unexpectedly began her beautiful new life in Heaven. Though we were not ready to be without her, Heaven was ready for her.
Jeana was many things to many people: family cheerleader, caregiver, cook, protector, vet, and unofficial bodyguard. When she said she would do anything for you, she meant it! 😂 She loved fiercely, laughed freely, and made everyone she loved feel as though they had someone in their corner. She had a gift for walking others through difficult seasons, even while facing difficult seasons of her own. She showed up, listened without judgment, encouraged, and loved generously. Jeana loved Jesus, her family, her friends, and her puppies. Her beloved dogs, Jethro and Zoe, were her children, and she would have happily corrected anyone who suggested otherwise. She also loved thrift stores, good bargains, and finding something wonderful for next to nothing. Perhaps nothing captured Jeana’s personality and faith better than the outfit she chose during one of life’s hardest days. Her shirt said, “Jesus Has My Back,” while her hat offered a slightly different message: “FAFO.” Together, those two statements described Jeana perfectly. She trusted Jesus with her life, but she wasn’t afraid to let the world know that she was from the south side of the kingdom 😂
Jeana is survived by her daughter, Gabby Roberson; her son, Dacen Roberson; her mother, Sherry Roberson; her four-legged children, Jethro and Zoe; and countless family members and friends whose lives are better because she was part of them. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hiram Bass; her father, Jerry Roberson; her brother, Jeremy Roberson; and her beloved dog, Georgia.
Jeana’s legacy lives in the people she encouraged, the hearts she protected, the laughter she created, the peace she brought, and the love she gave so freely. We will miss her laughter, loyalty, fierce love, and all the little things that made her so wonderfully Jeana. We will celebrate her life, tell her stories, laugh at her antics, and thank God that, for a little while, He loaned her to us. Until we meet again, Jeana. Love you, bye. ❤️
