Obituary

Jeanette Sylvan Fisher, born June 20, 1953, fell asleep in death on Friday, September 26, 2025, at 12:53 a.m. She was 72 years old. She was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses on June 6, 1986, and faithfully served Jehovah until her last moments, even on her deathbed. She was married to her late husband, Patrick Allen Fisher Sr., with whom she raised a loving family firmly rooted in faith and love.

Jeanette loved pioneering and was dedicated to sharing the good news of God's Kingdom. She encouraged many, often sharing Bible truths with those she met, even during times of illness. Through her faithful example, many family members came to know Jehovah, including her sister Valerie Samuels and her children Judy Samuels, Annie Samuels, and Susan Hall, along with their families. She also helped her husband, Patrick Sr., embrace the truth. Jeanette also brought her parents into the truth.

Children: Kelly Sean Fisher, Patrick Allen Fisher II, Stefanie Elizabeth Fisher, and Juliet Ann-Marie Johnson (deceased)

Grandchildren: Patrick Allen Fisher III (PJ), Jerome Ellis Fisher,Makayla Lorraine Sylvan Fisher, Javon L.J. Duncombe-Fisher, Amarie Fisher, Sean Johnson, Annelise Johnson, Favor Okiroro, Faith Okiroro

Siblings: Valerie Samuels (husband Hopeton) and Lorna Foster

She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, grandnieces, grandnephews, and countless spiritual brothers and sisters. Jeanette will be remembered for her unwavering faith, kindness, and encouragement to all who knew her.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 7757 Wall Triana Hwy, Harvest, AL 35749. Zoom information will be provided for those who wish to attend virtually.
