Jeanne Marie Cerise Lincks of Huntsville passed away Saturday, May 16, 2026 at her residence. She was 88. Jeanne was born in New Orleans and lived there for 68 years. Jeanne was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ in New Orleans. She was the owner of The Quilt Cottage in New Orleans for 14 years. She relocated to Huntsville after Hurricane Katrina. In Huntsville she joined the congregation of United Church of Huntsville.

Jeanne is survived by her 2 sons, Dr. Jack H. Lincks and wife Jennifer, and Jeffrey R. Lincks and partner Dawn; 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren, Megan, Jace, Kaitlyn, Evan, Elizabeth, Brian, Lilith and Lyra. 

Memorial Service will be held at the United Church of Huntsville on June 27th at 4:30pm with celebration of Jeanne's life to follow. 7906 Whitesburg Drive, Huntsville, AL 35802. Pastor Brian Byrne will be officiating.
