Obituary

Mr. Jerame Antron Moore was born on August 16, 1983 on a day that would change our lives forever as he was the first grandchild of James Moore, Sr. and Leatha Moore. A spot that he holds that cannot be erased. Jerame tragically passed away on June 26, 2018 nearby his home in Ardmore, AL after being hit by a motor vehicle. The incident has left his family, friends and loved ones in great sorrow knowing that his life ended so suddenly and unexpectantly. We continue to trust and believe that God is All Knowing and that He is in complete control as we linger at His Mercy.

Jerame gave his life to Christ at an early age at the St. Elizabeth C.P.C.A church in Madison, AL under the pastoral leadership of the late Rev. George Moore, Sr. Recently, Jerame fellowshipped with family and friends at the Feet of Jesus Church Ministry in Harvest, AL under the pastoral leadership of his uncle Waymon Moore. Jerame was a loving, caring, kind, free-hearted and happy soul who never met a stranger. He loved to talk and have fun and could have a conversation with almost anyone. The one consistency that he showed was his big smile. If he wasn't smiling and being goofy it was a sure tell sign that something was off balance. As we reflect on all the memories that have come rushing at once, we are saddened by the fact we will not have another opportunity on this side to see him be the big brother to the siblings he never had. We can no longer witness him stand in the place of a father and playmate to the children he connected with. There will not be another chance here on earth to fuss and fight with him to tell him to stop playing or give him godly wisdom and advice. Jerame completed his course in this race we call life and left a deep hole in our hearts. Yes, we shed tears, for our child by default, grandson, big brother, nephew, cousin, friend, and more. But we take solace in knowing that the smile he owned was truly one of a kind and can only pray and believe that he is at peace and we will one day meet again.

Jerame is preceded in death by his Father, Jeremy Watson of Nashville, TN, His mother Vanessa Moore of Ardmore, AL, his Uncle Terry Watson of Nashville, TN, and his paternal grandparents Charles Potter and Emma Watson of Nashville, TN.  He leaves behind to cherish his memories, his maternal grandfather, James Moore, Sr. and maternal grandmother, Leatha Moore of Ardmore, AL, His uncle's: James Moore, Jr. (Sindy) of Toney, AL, Emmanuel Moore (Shelia) of Huntsville, AL, Waymon Moore (Stephanie) of Harvest, AL, Steven Moore of Ardmore, AL,  Sabastian & Charles Watson all of Nashville, TN; His aunt's Songia Lawrence (Greg) and Tirellashaunta Moore of Meridianville, AL, and Deana Watson of Nashville, TN; A special great Aunt, Dorothy Howard of Ardmore, AL, and a host of other relatives including close cousins and friends.
