Jerry Richard
LeMay
Jul 19, 1954 — Aug 3, 2026
Jerry Richard LeMay, 72, passed away surrounded by the love of his family. Born on July 19, 1954, in Huntsville, Alabama, Jerry was the beloved son of Carolyn and Claude "Bud" LeMay, who preceded him in death.
Jerry leaves behind the love of his life, his devoted wife, Teresa LeMay; his son, Sean (Jaime) LeMay; his daughter, Korey LeMay; his brother, Philip (Deena) LeMay; his beloved nieces, Kim and Rhonda, and nephew, Kenny; his cherished grandchildren, Karlie, Audra (Nate), Braden, Sawyer, and Crosby; his treasured great-grandchildren, Roman and Kannon; as well as several great-nieces and great-nephews who will all miss him dearly.
Throughout his professional career, Jerry worked in a variety of sales positions, where his outgoing personality and genuine love of meeting people made him a natural. He never met a stranger, and he had a gift for making others feel comfortable. His quick wit and playful sense of humor were hallmarks of his personality. If Jerry teased you, it was one of the surest signs that he cared about you.
Jerry found his greatest joy in spending time with the people he loved. Whether sharing stories, making everyone laugh, or simply enjoying the company of family and friends, he made every gathering brighter. One of his favorite traditions was the family's annual trip to the beach, where he found peace, happiness, and precious moments with those closest to him.
Jerry will be remembered for his warm heart, infectious smile, unwavering love for his family, and his ability to bring laughter wherever he went. His legacy lives on in the countless memories he created and in the lives of everyone fortunate enough to know and love him.
Though he will be deeply missed, his love, laughter, and spirit will remain forever in the hearts of his family and friends. His laughter will echo in our hearts, his stories will be retold for generations, and somewhere, we know he's still finding a way to lovingly pick on the people he loves most.
