Jimmy Edwin Pemberton, 48, suddenly passed away on Tuesday, March 18, 2014.  Jimmy was a Huntsville native and a friend to many.  He was known by many as a generous, caring, funny, Mr. Fix It, car loving man that loved his family and friends dearly.

Jimmy is survived by his wife of 24 years, Wendy Pemberton, two sons; Lawton and James; one sister, Kim Brooks; his parents, Jimmy R. Pemberton and Carolyn Pemberton; and his Mother in Law, Rose Fleming.

Memorial service will be Friday, March 21, 2014 at 3:00p.m. Locust Grove Baptist Church in New Market, Alabama with Reverend Rob Collins officiating.  Burial will follow at Locust Grove Cemetery.  Berryhill Funeral Home is assisting the family.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the American Heart Association.
