John Wayne Blankenship, 83, of Harvest, passed away Tuesday, November 24, 2020. He was a native and lifelong resident of Madison County.

Survivors include his sons, Bruce Blankenship and Barry Blankenship (Barbara); five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

Mr. Blankenship was preceded in death by two sons, Anthony Blankenship and James Timothy Blankenship; brother, Tyrone Blankenship; and his parents, John and Mildred Blankenship

Visitation will be Saturday, November 28th from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at Berryhill Funeral Home followed by chapel service at 12:00.  Burial will be at Tuck Cemetery in Harvest.
