It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our father, John J. Douglas.  John passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 29, 2025. He was born and raised in NE Huntsville and graduated from Lee High School in 1978.

John was known as one of the "best" car salesman in North Alabama for over 30 years. Anyone that knew Johnny knew that he was all about selling cars.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John B. and Christine Douglas.

John was survived by his two daughters, Katherine Douglas and Alison (Jeff) Hill, and was proudest of his three granddaughters: Emma Miles (18), Katie Beth Hill (16), and McKinzlee Hill (12).

Visitation will be Wednesday, December 3rd from 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM at Berryhill Funeral Home, followed by service at 12:00. Pastor John McCory will be officiating. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery.
