Julia Evangelina Scanlon Weinland, 32, of Toney, Alabama, passed away Friday June 6, 2025

Julia was born June 16, 1992 in Massillon, Oh, to Daniel William Scanlon (deceased) and Lana Marie Bongini. Julia was a  graduate of Grissom High School. She was the very proud mother to Izeah and Zelda Weinland.  Julia's children where her whole world, she both loved and adored them very much.

Julia was preceded in death by her father Daniel Scanlon, grandfather John "Jake" Scanlon, and grandfather Raymond Bongini.

Julia will be lovingly remembered by her children Izeah (12) and Zelda Weinland (9), both of Hazel Green. Julia leaves to cherish her memory her Mother, Lana Marie Bongini, her brothers Jake Scanlon, Ty Baker, brother in law Alex Baker, brother Dash Ray. Her grandmother Vivian Chavez, grandfather Alan Lotchotzki and grandmother Colleen Lotchotzki. Julia's aunts and uncles:  Claudena and Jason Coulter from Broadview Heights, Raymond and Mary Bongini of New Phili, OH, Alicia Bongini of Canton OH, Rachel Bongini of Columbus OH. John Scanlon of Yuma, AZ.

Julia was a kind, loving, beautiful person. She was always thoughtful and willing to help others. Julia was truly one of a kind, both unique and wonderful. Julia was most proud to be a mother to Izeah and Zelda as well as a surrogate twice, adding to other families.

Farley Community Church
June 21, 2025 2:00 PM.
