Karen Daniel Blaskovits went to her heavenly home on September 18, 2025, at the age of 73. She was born on August 1, 1952.

The visitation will be held at Berryhill Funeral Home on Sunday, September 21, 2025, from 12-2 PM, with the funeral to follow at 2 PM. Brother Tim Rice will be officiating. She will be buried at Maple Hill Cemetery.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Mark Victor Blaskovits, her son Joshua Blaskovits, her father James Leslie Daniel, and her mother Willie Daniel. She is survived by her daughter, Julia Johnson (Lance), her grandsons, Hunter Blaskovits and Malachi Blaskovits, her granddaughter Zayleigh Johnson, her sister Cathy McBroom (Billy), her brother Kevin Daniel (Angie), and several nieces and nephews.

She was a loving mother, grandmother, aunt, sister, and friend to everyone who knew her. She lived for her children and grandchildren. She even became a mother figure to many of her children's friends, who also called her "Momma". For the last year and a half of her life, she fought a hard battle against cancer. Her main goal was to make as many memories with her grandchildren as she could before the Lord called her home
