Kenneth McClain Stephens, 84, of Huntsville, Alabama, passed away on Friday, August 14, 2026.

Kenneth graduated from Butler High School and would go on to serve in the Army National Guard. He worked for various companies in Huntsville like General Electric, Engelhard, and BASF.

Kenneth was devout in his faith where he was a member of Briar Fork Primitive Baptist Church and Flint River Primitive Baptist Church. He loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them as much as possible. Being one who had the gift of gab, he was also an active member of Toastmasters International.

Kenneth is survived by his son, Anthony Stephens (Naomi); two daughters, Jesseca Stephens and Lisa Bramlett (Randy); three grandsons: Andrew Stephens, Samuel Stephens, and Nicolas Stephens; a sister Gilda Schempp (Mark).

Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents, James Anselom and Lillian Baeder Stephens; two brothers, Jerriel Stephens and Dennis Stephens.

A Receiving of Friends will be held at Berryhill Funeral Chapel on Saturday, August 22, 2026 from 2-4pm followed by a Celebration of Life Service at 4pm.
