Goldsby
July 30, 1988 – May 29, 2025
Kristopher Ryan Goldsby, age 36, of Huntsville, passed away on May 29, 2025.
Kristopher was born in Memphis, Tennessee in July of 1988. He spent his youth there growing up alongside his older brother Kerry Kemp. He and his brother had an important relationship with their grandmother Laura Kemp and aunt Jessica Mangrum, who were instrumental in creating an active and full childhood for them.
Kristopher moved to Wisconsin as a teenager and graduated from Port Washington High School. After moving many times during his service in the Marine Corps and after his departure from the military, he finally decided to make his home in Huntsville, Alabama.

During his Marine service, he married Melissa Cheung and had two children, Nicholas and Melayna. Kristopher was charismatic and had a natural gift for words including witty sayings and rap lyrics that could leave a room in stitches. His humor was as sharp as his heart was soft.
He enjoyed traveling and would take any opportunity to do so. His favorite mode of travel was hopping on an Amtrak train and riding the rails. The last several years he traveled extensively throughout the United States with Chicago, Illinois being one of his favorite stops because in his words, "the food there is fire!".
