Leigh Riley Bloom, 67, of Owens Cross Roads, Alabama, passed away on Wednesday, June 18, 2025.

Mrs. Bloom is survived by her husband, David Bloom; son, Sonny McElyea, Jr.; siblings, Trey Riley (Emily), Teresa Danford (Ed), and Julie Riley McMillan (John); brother-in-law, Doug Hastings; nieces and nephews, Logan Riley, MD (Sara), Marion McMillan, and Reese McMillan; and her loving dog, Hazel and cat, Nosey.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Marion H. Riley, Jr., and Priscilla Riley, and siblings Janie Riley and Linda Hastings.

Mrs. Bloom graduated from Butler High School in 1976. After High School, she attended Auburn University School of Business, where she graduated with a degree in Marketing in 1980.  She was very creative and she sold promotional products.

Leigh is remembered as a loving, kind, and witty soul.  During her free time, you wouldn't be surprised to find her with a rod and reel in her hands.  She thoroughly enjoyed fishing.
