Only her love for God and family surpassed her love for music. From a young age, Marla's music was everything, She would sing through the hard times and the good times of her life, not a minute went by where she wouldn't be singing. She loved Christian music and loved church. Anyone who had met her would have a brighter day just being around her. She loved everyone!
Marla loved to help people in need. She would give the shirt off her back to anyone who needed it. She loved to sing at retirement homes to lift the spirits of everyone in the home. She was always a comfort to anyone dealing with hard times.
Now many our lord Jesus Christ himself and God our father, who loved us and by his grace gave us eternal comfort and a wonderful hope, comfort you and strengthen you in every good thing you do and say. (2 Thessalonians 2:16-17)
Marla was a member of Harvest Time Church and sang on the praise and worship team. She also loved doing karaoke at Mayfield Towers Assisted Living.
Visitation will be held at Harvest Time Church on Tuesday, March 3rd, from 10:30-11:30 AM,  with a service immediately following at 11:30 AM.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Harvest Time Church.
