Martha Ann Williams Durham passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 6, 2025.

Martha was born on August 22, 1945, in Huntsville, Alabama. She is survived by her three children, Ramona Miahnahri, Donna Troup, and  Daniel Durham, and her sister Ginny Williams Alford. She leaves behind two grandsons (Chandler, Riley), three granddaughters (Anahita, Hannah, Abigail), and one great-granddaughter (Lilly).

She was preceded in death by her parents, Marion D. Williams and Alice Jewell Turner Williams; her two sisters, Alice Williams and Betty Patton; and her brother, Donald Williams.

She worked at Huntsville Hospital for 40 years, retiring in 2013.  Martha loved traveling and took the opportunity to do so as much as she could. Her hobbies included gardening, thrifting, doing her embroidery, quilting, bird watching, and exploring nature.  She loved life and listening to music, and she never met a stranger.

Martha was loved by so many and will be missed tremendously.

Visitation will be Friday, March 14th, from 12:00 - 2:00 PM at Berryhill Funeral Home, followed by service at 2:00.  Burial will be in Huntsville Memory Gardens.
