Melissa Ann Faatz, born October 3, 1976 in West Bloomfield, Michigan passed away in Huntsville, Alabama on July 17, 2025 at the age of 48.

She is survived by her two children Mya Day and Ethan Good. She is also survived by her mother Mary Sitto and father Terry Sitto, siblings, Shelly, Suzie and Brett, nephew Tyler Mariano, niece Melanie Williams and great-nephew Wilder Williams.

Melissa had a passion for art and literature, with the greatest focus on music. Her love of comedies was due to her own amazing sense of humor. She will be deeply missed and her memory treasured.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at The River Church, 309 W. Market St., Walled Lake, MI 48390, on Thursday, August 7, 2025. Friends may visit from 4-5 PM, with the service following at 5:00 and a reception from 6-8 afterwards in The River's Fellowship Hall downstairs. Flowers and cards can be sent to The River.
