Norman Joe Elliott, age 61, of Huntsville, Alabama passed away on July 2, 2025.  He was born February 3, 1964, in Guntersville, Alabama to the late Commodore and Betty Jo Elliott.  Norman was also preceded in death by his sister, Ruby Neal Poorbagher.

Norman is survived by his wife, Oksana Elliott, daughter, Crystal Hinton and husband David; stepdaughter, Aleksandra Khashirskih and husband, Maxim; stepson, Igor Ansonov; grandsons, William Hinton and Vladislav Khashirskih; granddaughters, Destiny Hinton and Viktoria Khashirskih.  He also leaves behind his sisters: Inette Baker and husband Earl; Dale Shamsa and husband Amir (departed); Audrey Key and husband Bob (departed); Darlene Wilks and husband Billy; Nena Shams and husband Habib; Leslie Moore and husband Travis.  Norman had a large family and many friends who also mourn his passing.

‍Norman was a hardworking man with a big heart.  He did not meet a stranger.  Norman would help anyone within his ability.  He had a sense of humor.  Norman would make jokes just to see people smile.  He had several hobbies, including working on cars, playing the guitar, and fishing.

Norman worked in the automotive world throughout the years, with his last job being at Clem Tire Company in Huntsville, Alabama.  He was loved by his coworkers and customers.  There were several customers who would just come in to talk with him.

Visitation for family will be held at 2:30 P.M., Saturday, July 5, 2025 in the Berryhill Funeral Home & Crematory chapel. The family will receive friends from 3:00 until 4:00 PM, followed by the memorial service.

‍Norman chose to be cremated.  Instead of flowers, the family would like to ask for mementos and such to be given to his wife, Oksana Elliott.
