Ottavio Alberto Fassina, 81 of Huntsville, passed away on March 20, 2023.

He is survived by his children, Lisa Fassina Blake, Lori Fassina Vadasy (Michael), Monica Fassina Wagner (Jim); grandchildren, Jacob Vadasy, Emily Vadasy, Lauren Blake, Haley Hanson, Caleb Wagner, Lanie Wagner; brother, Giorgio Fassina (Nadia); nephews, Michele Fassina, Francesco Fassina;and  niece, Angela Fassina.

Ottavio was preceded in death by his wife, Judy Fassina; and parents, Amilcare and Iolanda Fassina.

He spent five and a half years as an equipment tech in the Italian Airforce. He moved to America in 1966, where he met the love of his life, Judy. They were married for 54 years.  He enjoyed spending time with his three daughters and their families. He enjoyed working in the yard and watching youtube videos on how to fix things.

Visitation will be Thursday, March 23, 2023 at the Church of the Visitation from 11:00 to 12:00 PM. Services will follow with Father Joy Thomas Nellissery officiating. Burial will be at Maple Hill.
