Patricia Ann Allen, of Huntsville, AL. passed away on May 13, 2024, surrounded by her girls. Her departure comes as a great shock and is gravely felt by her entire family and countless others who loved her deeply.

Pat was born in 1946 to Herschel and Helen Allen in Lawrence County, Alabama. Pat attended Hatton School, where she was a cheerleader and the local beauty queen, later winning Miss Lawrence County. Pat went on to work for Fame Recording Studio in Muscle Shoals, Alabama, before finding her career as "The Mortgage Queen", retiring in 2023 from a 40 year career in mortgage banking. Not only did she put thousands of people in homes, she became friends with many of them. Her employees adored her and remained life-long friends. Pat was a member of the Madison County Board of Realtors and Huntsville/Madison County Homebuilders Association.

As a life-long resident of Huntsville, Pat travelled the world, with a sense of fashion, sass and was a Southern Belle wherever she went.

Pat is predeceased by her parents and her brother, Dwight Allen, and is survived by daughter, Rhonda Allen, and granddaughters, Abigail and Albany Wistner, along with many cousins and family members. She was equally adored by her family and many long time friends She had a strong dedication to her family and would walk to the ends of the earth for them, especially Rhonda, Abigail and Albany.

Pat worked hard and lived life large, with a giving heart, a sparkling personality, and a flair for dramatics. She never met a stranger and thrived on being around others.
