Patrick David Hawkins, 43, of Huntsville, passed away Saturday.

Mr. Hawkins was a native of Japan, a resident of Madison County for over 17 years, and a member of First Baptist Church of Gurley.  He was also a veteran of the US Navy.

Survivors include his wife, Beth Hawkins; daughter, Abby Hawkins; mother, Louise Hawkins; brother, Kevin Hawkins; sister, Tammy Chapman; special cousin, Jason Hawkins; niece, Kaylee Hawkins; and two nephews, Grant Lorek and Chase Lorek.

Mr. Hawkins was preceded in death by his father, several uncles and aunts, and his grandparents.

No services are planned at this time.  Berryhill Funeral Home assisted the family.
