Paul Rainosek passed away on February 14th, 2025, at the age 81. He was surrounded by his family at the time of death. Paul was born on February 9th, 1944 to Roman and Josephine Rainosek. He enlisted in the US Army at the age of 18 and was honorably discharged. He received a Master Of Electrical Engineering and Master Of Business Administration. In 1990, after two decades in the industry, Paul founded General Standards Corporation which is on the leading edge of I/O board design and manufacturing. Beyond his professional life, Paul was known for his unique sense of humor. He cherished family time, enjoyed the outdoors, and playing chess.
Paul is survived by his sons Brandon Rainosek (Ryan), Nick Rainosek, Bradley Rainosek (Mary), and Jacob Rainosek. He is also survived by his sisters: Jo Ann Orsak, Frances Kanak (Tommy), Louise Keil, Irene Farrington (David), Mary Lee Sitka (Robert), and Nancy Pavlicek, his brother: Joe Rainosek (Sherry), and many nieces and nephews. Paul was preceded in death by his parents, his sisters: Ella Mae Bludau, Ann Rice, Georgia Mae Smith, his brothers: Roman Rainosek, William Rainosek and Dennis Rainosek, his brother in laws: Ervin Bludau, Kenneth Orsak, Joe Smith, and Lannie Keil, and his sister in law, Theresa (Rainosek) Jalufka.
Memorial services will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Hallettsville, TX on Saturday March 15, 2025 at 10:00 AM local time.
