Richard Rowe of Owens Cross Roads Alabama has passed and he will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

Born in Anniston Alabama, Richard excelled in Academics and had a healthy appetite for knowledge and education. He held 3 college degrees in both Physics and Computer Science, and enjoyed a career in these technical fields.

Richard had a keen interest in physical fitness and exercise and good nutrition. His fondness for the outdoors kept him outside every day and he put in a lot of miles in his running shoes.

His kindness is beyond words and we all know that "to know him is to love him". We were lucky to have him with us.

He is survived by his mother, Cheryl Dykes; as well as his brothers, Steve Rowe (wife Cheryl and children Stephen and Jesse), and Jeffrey Rowe (wife Soo Jung); numerous cousins, aunts, and uncles will also miss Richard dearly.

Services will be held at Berryhill Funeral Home on Friday, December 12th with visitation beginning at 3:00 PM, followed by a short service at 4:00 PM.  We ask that you give a donation to your favorite charity in his name.
