Russell Allen Choate, 49, of Hazel Green, passed away Saturday.

Survivors include his daughter, Nikki Choate; son, Alexander Case; mother, Sue Choate, Rocky Fowler; brother, Matt Choate (Crystal); sister, Kim Arnold; two nephews, Logan Arnold and Cody Arnold; and other family members in Oklahoma.

Mr. Choate was preceded in death by his father, Bob Choate.

Memorial service will be held Wednesday, May 22nd at 4:00 p.m. at Berryhill Funeral Home with Matt Choate officiating.
