Sarah Catherine "Cathy" Cowart 1959-2024.
Rest in Peace, Mother. You are my best friend and the most selfless and caring person I have ever known.
If we can all carry some of her spirit into the future my mom will be immortal from the goodness she brought into this world.
The only thing required is that we be good to each other.
I will now carry her spirit out and into this world and spread her goodness. -Kevin Cowart
