It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Shirley Jean Jones Robinson, who passed away on July 17, 2026, at the age of 76.

Born on February 13, 1950, in Marion Junction, AL, Shirley lived a life painted with love, resilience, and devotion to her family. She found joy in simple moments; treasured time spent with those she loved and touched the lives of many through her kindness and sense of humor.

She is survived by three daughters, Cynthia Ward (Henry), Yvette Robinson (Demarcus), Angela Robinson (Raymond), 1 grandson, Henry Ward III, one granddaughter, Quincy Robinson, and bonus grandson Jaden Robinson. She was preceded in death by her son Fredrick, her father Tyler Jones, her mother Mary Jones, two sisters Margaret Jones and Fran Chestnut, nephew Tyler Jerrod Jones and her granddaughter Destini A’riana Robinson.

Her family will remember her for her unconditional love, unwavering support of family, quirky sense of humor, love of country music and her computer games. The love and memories she created will remain in the hearts of all who knew her.

In accordance with her wishes, cremation will take place, and no public services will be held at this time.

The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to everyone who offered support, prayers, and kindness during her illness.

She will be deeply missed and forever loved.
